How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping in the U.S. on all orders over $30.  Orders under $30 are charged a $7.99 flat rate shipping fee.  All shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Exclusions: Different rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada (see below for more details). There may select product exclusions that are not eligible for free shipping.

For select orders, upgraded or expedited delivery options may be available for purchase during checkout.

Extra shipping and handling charges will be added to your order for standard expedited shipping requests.

Orders received before 12pm Eastern generally ship within 1 business day. Bulk orders including extra large quantities may incur an additional shipping charge, in which case customer service will contact you to discuss shipping options.

When Will My Order Ship?

After your order has been placed on our website, or over the phone, you should receive an email confirming the expected ship date within 24-48 hours.

When your order ships, you will receive an email from us with specific carrier and tracking information. Small parcel items ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS and generally take 1-7 business days to arrive.

What if I Live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands?

For these locations, additional shipping fees may apply. Our Customer Service team will confirm any such fees 1-2 business days after your order is placed and will not finalize your order until you accept the final terms. Please note that, for orders to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, we will be able to quote the shipping costs only and local taxes and duties may still apply.

What if I need to ship to multiple addresses?

Will you ship to my PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs.

What If I Need To Send a Message Regarding a Vacation-hold or Do-not-ship before Requirements?

Immediately upon order placement, please contact our customer service team at info@cambridgehome.com so that we can assist you with the appropriate arrangements.

What if I live in Canada?

When shipping items to Canada, Cambridge only uses FedEx which includes the brokerage fees in the shipping charge. This total does not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) or customs duties which will be due upon receipt of delivery.

After you place your order, we will send you a shipping quote via email within 2 business days. Once you have approved the quote, the freight item(s) on your order will be processed.

You will receive an email with the estimated ship date within 2 business days of submitting your order.

Once approved and shipped, orders generally take up to two weeks to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, other than to Canada, we do not ship internationally at this time.
