We’re big fans of upgrading simple items to elevate the everyday. This Veggie Board is so easy to make but is clearly better than those store-bought platters! Full recipe here.

VEGETABLES WE USED:
- Mini cucumbers
- Mini peppers
- Broccolini
- Full colored carrots
- Endive
DIP INGREDIENTS:
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 cup parsley
- ¼ cup dill
- ¼ cup tarragon
- ½ cup basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp capers
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
- Drizzle of olive oil
Step 1: Cut veggies into preferred slices.
Step 2: Make the dip, add the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Step 3: Assemble your board and make sure to overfill with veggies!
